How eStore works
Everything you need to buy, sell, and manage your account - explained clearly. Use the sidebar or jump to your role below.
What is eStore?
eStore is a digital marketplace where independent creators and developers sell downloadable products - templates, UI kits, scripts, fonts, graphics, and more. Buyers get instant access to files after purchase. Sellers earn revenue from every sale.
Browse, purchase, and download digital products. Leave reviews. Manage your library.
Upload products, set prices, track analytics, receive payouts. Requires KYC approval.
Browse and view products freely. Create a free account to purchase or sell.
Creating your account
Select Buyer if you want to purchase products, or Seller if you plan to sell. You can always purchase as a seller too - roles are not exclusive for browsing.
Your email is used for order confirmations, download links, and support responses. Use a real email you can access.
A one-time code is sent to your email. Enter it to activate your account. The code expires after a few minutes - use Resend OTP if needed (limited to 3 resends per 5 minutes).
Your username becomes your public storefront URL (/@username). Once set, it can be changed from Settings. Some usernames are reserved by the platform (e.g. "admin", "support") and cannot be registered.
Add a profile picture, bio, and country. You can sign in with your email address, your username (@handle), or your registered phone number — any of the three works on the login page.
Before publishing products or receiving payouts, sellers must pass identity verification. See the KYC section for details.
Everything buyers need to know
As a buyer you can browse the entire catalog for free. You only need an account to purchase, wishlist, or leave reviews.
1 Browsing & search
Homepage - shows featured products, trending items (ranked by real sales), editor picks curated by the platform team, and top sellers.
Search - type in the search bar at the top to find products by title, tag, or keyword. Results can be filtered by category, price range, and rating.
Trending page (/trending) - products ranked by actual completed orders, showing the platform's podium (top 3), all trending products, and top sellers this period.
Categories - browse by category from the navigation. Each category shows sub-categories and live product counts.
Seller profiles (/@username) - view all products by a specific seller, their ratings, and total sales history. The old /seller/@username path still works as a redirect.
2 Cart & Wishlist
Adding to cart click Get Instant Access on any product page, or the cart icon on listing cards. You can hold multiple products in the cart at once.
Wishlist - save products for later with the heart icon. Your wishlist is private and synced to your account. Wishlisted products can be moved to cart from your wishlist page.
Already owned if you already purchased a product, it shows "You already own this" and cannot be added to cart again. Each product is a one-time purchase with lifetime access.
Coupon codes - enter a coupon code at checkout. Coupons are issued by sellers for specific products or their entire catalog. A coupon applies only to eligible items in your cart.
3 Checkout & payment
Free products - click through checkout and you receive access instantly with no payment required.
Paid products - choose your preferred gateway at checkout. All active gateways redirect you to a secure payment page outside eStore, then return you once payment is confirmed.
| Gateway | Currency | Method | Seller wallet |
|---|---|---|---|
| bKash | BDT | Mobile banking redirect | BDT wallet |
| UddoktaPay | BDT | Redirect — supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards | BDT wallet |
| SSLCommerz | BDT | Redirect — 30+ payment methods | BDT wallet |
| Stripe | USD | Stripe hosted checkout (cards, wallets) | USD wallet |
4 Downloads
After purchase, your files appear in /buyer/downloads. Click Download to receive the file.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Download limit | Each purchase starts with 1 download. Re-downloading the same file counts toward your limit. |
| Requesting more downloads | If you've used your download, request an increase from your downloads page. The seller reviews and approves the request. |
| Lifetime access | Your purchase never expires. If the seller updates the file, your download reflects the latest version. |
| File formats | Sellers upload any file type - ZIP, PDF, font files, PSD, Figma exports, and more. Check the product page for the file list before buying. |
5 Tipping sellers
After receiving a completed order, you can send a voluntary tip to the seller as a thank-you. Tips are completely optional and go directly to the seller's wallet — they are separate from the purchase price.
To tip, open /buyer/downloads, find the order, and click the 💝 Tip button. A modal lets you choose a preset amount (৳50, ৳100, ৳200, ৳500) or enter a custom amount in BDT.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum tip | ৳10 |
| Maximum tip | ৳50,000 |
| Platform fee | 15% — the seller receives 85% of your tip amount |
| Wallet credit | Credited to the seller immediately — no hold period |
| Payment gateways | Same gateways as checkout — bKash, UddoktaPay, SSLCommerz (BDT), Stripe (USD) |
| Optional message | Add a personal note (up to 150 characters) shown to the seller |
- 1. Go to My Downloads
- 2. Find the completed order
- 3. Click 💝 Tip
- 4. Choose an amount and gateway
- 5. Complete payment — done!
Credited to seller's wallet immediately after payment.
6 Reviews
Who can review - only buyers who completed a purchase of that specific product can leave a review. This prevents fake or paid reviews.
One review per purchase - you can leave one review per product. Reviews include a 1–5 star rating and written feedback.
Seller replies - sellers can post one public reply to each review. Replies are visible on the product page.
Helpful votes - other buyers can mark reviews as helpful, surfacing the most useful feedback.
Everything sellers need to know
Sellers build their storefront, upload digital products, and earn from every sale. A seller account requires identity verification before publishing.
1 Becoming a seller
Register with the Seller role at signup, or switch your existing buyer account to a seller account from Settings. Once upgraded, your seller dashboard becomes available at /seller.
Before you can publish products or receive payouts you must complete KYC verification. You can explore the dashboard and upload products in draft mode while KYC is pending.
2 KYC verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) is required before your products go live or payouts are processed. It confirms your identity so the platform can comply with financial regulations and prevent fraud.
| Step | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1. Start | Go to Seller → KYC in your dashboard. |
| 2. Upload documents | Submit a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license). Images must be clear and unobstructed. |
| 3. Wait for review | Our team reviews your submission. This typically takes 1–3 business days. |
| 4. Approved | You receive an email. Products can now go live and payouts can be requested. |
| Rejected? | You'll receive an email with the reason. Correct the issue and resubmit. Common reasons: blurry image, expired document, or name mismatch. |
3 Listing products
Go to Seller → Upload New Product to create a listing. Products start in Draft status and won't be visible to buyers until you publish them.
- Product title
- Category & subcategory
- Price (or mark as free)
- At least one product file
- Cover image (16:10 recommended)
- Description
- Gallery images & video preview
- Tags (up to 10)
- "What's included" list
- Version number & changelog
- Inventory limit (limited copies)
- Compatible software tags
4 Managing orders
Go to Seller → Orders to view all completed orders for your products. Each order shows the buyer name, product, amount, gateway, and date.
Download limit requests - buyers can request additional downloads. Approve or deny requests from the order detail page. Approving adds one download to the buyer's limit.
Order statuses - orders are either completed (paid and delivered) or pending (payment not yet confirmed). Only completed orders are counted in your earnings.
5 Analytics
Your analytics dashboard (Seller → Analytics) provides a real-time view of your performance. Filter by time period, product, or payment gateway.
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Total USD earned from completed orders in the selected period. |
| Sales | Number of completed orders. |
| Avg order value | Revenue ÷ number of sales. |
| Growth | Comparison vs. the previous period of the same length. |
| Top products | Your 5 best-performing products by revenue in the period. |
| Gateway split | Which payment gateways buyers used, by count and revenue. |
6 Earnings & payouts
Every completed sale credits your wallet after the platform deducts its commission. The currency depends on the gateway the buyer used:
- • bKash, UddoktaPay, SSLCommerz → credits your BDT wallet
- • Stripe → credits your USD wallet
- • Tips → credited immediately (no hold period) to BDT or USD wallet depending on the tip gateway used
Pending balance - sale earnings (not tips) sit in pending for a release period (weekly or monthly, set by the platform). This allows time for refund or dispute resolution. After the release date passes the amount moves to your available balance automatically. Tips skip the hold period and are available immediately.
Requesting a payout - once you have available balance above the minimum threshold and an approved KYC, go to Seller → Payouts, add a payout method, and submit a request. Payout requests are per-currency: submit a USD request to withdraw your USD wallet, or a BDT request to withdraw your BDT wallet. Only one open request per currency is allowed at a time — you must wait for it to be processed before submitting another.
Payout flow - your request goes through three states: Pending (submitted, awaiting review) → Approved (admin approved, payment being sent) → Paid (transfer confirmed, you receive a push notification). If rejected, your balance is automatically restored and you receive a push notification with the reason.
| Currency | Minimum payout | Processing time |
|---|---|---|
| USD | $40 (platform minimum) | Within 2 business days |
| BDT | ৳5,000 (platform minimum) | Within 2 business days |
7 Coupons
Create promotional coupon codes for your products from Seller → Coupons. Buyers enter the code at checkout to receive the discount.
- • Percentage discount (e.g. 20% off)
- • Fixed amount (e.g. $5 off)
- • Specific product or your entire catalog
- • Usage limit (max redemptions)
- • Minimum order amount
- • Expiry date
- • Coupon codes are case-insensitive
- • One coupon per checkout (no stacking)
- • Discount applies only to your own products in the cart
- • Used count tracked automatically
- • You can deactivate a coupon at any time
8 Seller badges
Every seller account is automatically assigned a tier badge based on their lifetime performance. The badge appears on your public profile, in the seller sidebar, and next to your name on product pages.
Tier is evaluated against three criteria at once — total completed sales, all-time USD earnings, and average review rating. All three thresholds must be met to unlock the next tier.
| Badge | Min. Sales | Min. Earnings (USD) | Min. Avg Rating |
|---|---|---|---|

Cumulative count of all completed orders across all your products — lifetime, not just recent.
All-time USD amount from completed orders. All products are priced in USD so this is consistent regardless of which payment gateway the buyer used.
Average of all verified buyer reviews across all your products. Only buyers who completed a purchase can leave a review — no fake ratings.
Earn by sharing products
Any registered user — buyer or seller — can join the affiliate program for free. When someone purchases a product through your referral link, you earn a commission funded by the seller. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs.
1 Joining the program
Go to /affiliate or click Affiliate in your account sidebar. Click Join the Program — your unique referral code is generated instantly. There is no application or approval required.
Eligibility - any verified, non-banned account can join. Your account must be at least 24 hours old before referral earnings begin counting (anti-spam protection).
2 Referral links
There are two ways to get your referral link — a general link and a per-product link. Both work the same way: when a visitor clicks and buys within 15 days, the commission is yours.
Works on any page of the store. Paste it anywhere — social media, blogs, messages. Append ?ref=YOUR_CODE to any URL yourself.
Direct link to a specific product, with your code already embedded. Go to /affiliate/dashboard → Affiliatable Products and hit Copy next to any product.
The Affiliatable Products section in your dashboard lists every product that has affiliate commissions enabled, sorted by sales count. Each card shows the product cover, price, and exact commission rate so you know what you'll earn before sharing. Use the search box to filter by name or category.
| Fact | Detail |
|---|---|
| Cookie duration | 15 days from the click. Refreshed each time the same visitor clicks your link again. |
| Click deduplication | The same IP clicking the same code within 1 hour counts as one click — repeat visits don't inflate your click count artificially. |
| Self-referral | You cannot earn a commission on your own purchases or on sales of your own products. Self-referrals are blocked. |
| One conversion per order | Each completed order can only be attributed to one affiliate. First valid click wins. |
| Commission visibility | The exact commission rate for each product is shown in the dashboard product list and on the product page itself. |
3 How commissions work
Commission is seller-funded. Each seller decides independently whether to enable affiliate promotion on a product and what commission rate to offer (1%–80%). If a seller enables affiliate without picking their own rate, the platform default of 10% applies. The rate is shown on the product page when affiliate is enabled.
The platform takes a fee from the affiliate's gross commission (currently 15%). The remainder is what you receive.
The $5.00 gross commission is deducted from the seller's pending wallet balance. The seller's listing clearly shows the actual rate before you promote it — sellers can set their own rate instead of the default.
4 Affiliate payouts
Once your cleared balance reaches $40.00, you can request a payout from /affiliate/payouts. Add a saved payout method (or reuse one you already added), then submit the request.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum payout | $40.00 USD (platform minimum) |
| Processing time | Within 3 business days of the request |
| Methods | bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or SWIFT/Wire — saved once, reusable for future payouts |
| Currency | USD (your balance is tracked in USD regardless of which method you withdraw to) |
| Pending requests | Only one open payout request at a time. Submit a new one after your current request is processed. |
5 For sellers: enabling affiliate on your products
By default, affiliate promotion is off for all products. You must opt each product in individually. Open the product upload or edit page and scroll to the Allow Affiliate Promotion toggle.
Set your commission rate — this is the percentage of the sale price deducted from your earnings and paid out to the affiliate (minus the platform's affiliate fee). A higher rate gives affiliates more incentive to promote your product.
- Toggle affiliate on/off per product
- Set commission rate 1%–80%
- Change or disable any time from Edit Product
- Commission deducted only when a sale actually converts
- Platform commission (15%) — always applies
- Affiliate commission — only on referred sales
- No extra charge if no affiliate refers your product
Payment methods & currency
Currency
All product prices are set in USD. BDT gateways (bKash, UddoktaPay, SSLCommerz) convert the USD amount to BDT at checkout using the platform's current exchange rate (currently 1 USD = ৳121). Stripe charges directly in USD.
Seller wallets hold earnings in both BDT (from BDT gateway sales and BDT tips) and USD (from Stripe sales and USD tips). Payout requests are per-currency - submit a USD request to withdraw your USD wallet, or a BDT request to withdraw your BDT wallet. Only one open request per currency is allowed at a time.
Refund policy
Digital products are delivered instantly on payment, so all sales are final by default. If you believe a product was misrepresented or does not work as described, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are assessed case-by-case.
Platform commission is non-refundable if a refund is processed for a seller - refunds are deducted from the seller's pending or available wallet balance.
Mobile app & push notifications
eStore is a Progressive Web App (PWA) - you can install it on any device for a fast, native-feeling experience. Once installed, you can also enable push notifications to get real-time alerts on your orders and sales without checking your email.
1 Installing the app
eStore installs directly from your browser - no app store required. An Install App button appears automatically in the navigation menu when your browser detects the site can be installed. If you dismissed your browser's install prompt, this button is your second chance.
Chrome shows an "Add to Home Screen" banner or install icon in the address bar. Tap the Install App button in the nav to trigger it directly.
Tap the Share button in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. Push notifications require iOS 16.4+ and the app must be opened from the home screen shortcut.
Click the install icon in the browser address bar, or use the Install App button in the top-right nav. The app opens in its own window.
2 Push notifications
Push notifications deliver instant browser alerts for your key account events - even when eStore isn't open in a tab. They complement email notifications; both channels respect the same per-category toggles in your settings.
How to enable
What triggers a push
| Event | Who receives it | Controlled by toggle |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase complete | Buyer | Order receipts toggle |
| New sale | Seller | New sale toggle |
| Payout processed | Seller | Payout processed toggle |
| Payout rejected | Seller | Always sends (balance restored automatically) |
Disabling push notifications
To turn off push notifications, go back to Settings → Notifications and click the Enabled button - it toggles back to Enable and unsubscribes this device. You can also revoke permission directly from your browser's site settings (chrome://settings/content/notifications for Chrome) to block all future prompts from eStore.
3 In-app notifications (bell icon)
Alongside push, every dashboard - and the main site header once you're signed in - has a bell icon for announcements from the eStore team: maintenance windows, new features, policy changes, or anything sent directly to your account. This is separate from the transactional push alerts above; it's where platform-wide updates live.
Notification sounds
Sound is off by default. Click the small speaker icon inside the bell dropdown to turn it on - a short tune plays whenever a new notification arrives while you have an eStore tab open. Click it again to mute. Your choice is remembered on that browser for your account.
Managing your account
Edit your name, username, bio, avatar, country, and social links from Settings → Profile. Your username forms your public seller URL.
Change your password at any time from Settings → Security. Use a strong password of at least 8 characters. If you forget your password, use the forgot password link on the login page.
Control which emails you receive from Settings → Notifications. Toggle each category on or off - your preference is saved instantly. Transactional emails (OTP, password reset, magic link, welcome, account ban) always send regardless of your settings.
Buyer accounts can be upgraded to seller accounts from Settings. After upgrading, complete KYC to start publishing products.
Email notifications reference
The table below shows every automated email the platform sends, who receives it, and whether it can be turned off from your notification settings.

| Welcome | New user | Successful registration | No - always sends |
| OTP verification | Registering user | During signup / OTP resend | No - always sends |
| Magic link | Any user | Magic link sign-in requested | No - always sends |
